The Vanuatu Government launched the REO (Real estate option citizenship program) on 23 July 2021. Applicants for citizenship under the REO must invest in a property in a Vanuatu Government Approved Project (VGA Project) in addition to payment of the prescribed fees. The program was previously suspended by reactivated by government in 2025.

How to Apply
The Application process is straight forward for citizenship by investment program.
- Sign authorized agent contract.
- Provide us forms and supporting documents.
- Pay FIU check fee ($5000) as first step.
- Wait for Government approval.
- Pay the balance and investment within 30 days.
- Take the Oath ceremony
- Citizenship certificate issued.
- Passport issued for pickup.
