Nationals of these countries are currently excluded from applying for Vanuatu DSP and Real estate citizenship by investment program due to international sanctions.
The Vanuatu program is not open for nationals from
- Iran
- Iraq
- Syria
- North Korea
- Yemen
They can apply if they have permanent residence outside those countries and have lived outside of those countries for more than 5 years
