Stateless people and families are eligible to apply for Vanuatu citizenship by investing. The conditions for acquiring Vanuatu citizenship are as follows.
Conditions
- Must make one time donation to Development Support Program (DSP) ($130,000) (OR)
- Invest in real estate property ($200,000) that is eligible for citizenship.
- Must not have any criminal record or wanted by Interpol or law enforcement.
- Must prove source of funds.

Stateless

Vanuatu is neither a State party to the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons nor the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness.
