The Government of Vanuatu has granted the developer of Pacific Springs, Rentabao on the island of Efate, the unique status to operate a Government Approved Real Estate Capital Investment Citizenship by Investment Program in Vanuatu.
Investors who acquire units in the estate for atleast $200,000, and their immediate family members, the opportunity to secure Vanuatu Passports, allowing the benefit of visa free entry into 129 countries around the world.
The Golf course estate is made up of 184 Hectares is located on 3km of waterfront located just 15 minutes drive from the international airport at Vanuatu’s Capital Port Vila.
Pacific Springs is to be developed as an exclusive private tropical estate of low rise resort style condominium apartments with the additional core benefits associated with an on site luxury hotel, Casino, retail and F&B facilities, arranged around Vanuatu’s premier golf course.
